Intermediation
Smartizzy is a technology platform that connects Clients and Professionals. We are not employers, we have no employment relationship with professionals, and we do not guarantee the final outcome of services, which are the full responsibility of whoever performs them.
Conduct
The use of offensive language, fake profiles, or any attempt to bypass the app’s security system is prohibited.
Payments and Negotiations
All negotiation of amounts and deadlines is done directly between the parties. Smartizzy is not responsible for payments made outside any tools the app may offer.
Banning
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that receive recurring reports of misconduct or poor service.
